The latest (via XBMC xbian-config) Xbian 12.2 has a 124M swapfile allocated.
Has anyone seen any use on it?
I've monitored the usage and even under heavy load, the swapfile has not been touched.
I'm running a Rpi B with 512m so is there any way to tell if the swapfile is ever going to be used and if so under what conditions?
Is xbian so efficient that it will never be used, if so why have it, apart from an emergency fall back?
It's not an issue, I'm curious of my memory usage and I find it amazing that no swaping occurs no matter what I do.
Does it actually work?
