After watching a video for sometime, I want to stop watching that video and watch something else or quite watching for that day.
Later I want to come back to the video and resume the playback right from where I've left. XBMC has that feature by default, but I don't know why that is not working in XBian. Also after finish watching a video, it do not mark the video watched or in progress.
Can anyone please suggest how I can turn on playback resume support?
When it stopped working?
Does it work with another type of video (movie, TV show)?
Can you successfully add a new video to your library automatically (through media scanner addons like thetvdb)?
It do not remember the position when the video is not in the library. But library works well.
Sorry for the confusion.

Its possible it could just be the way you "stop" watching the first movie. If you just select another movie, it may not "save" your previous position. Try pressing X to end the movie and see if the ">" arrow appears next to that movie. That indicates that it has been saved.
