Is there a way to display the HDMI/CEC codes in xbmc so I can see what commands are being shown?

To actually display the codes would require some software and an ir reciever. You can see the codes in printed format here :- http://www.google.co.nz/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CDMQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.andrewncarr.com%2Fhdmi%2Fhdmi-cec-codes....Gc&cad=rja
Nevermind. I thought that CEC was going to work for me but it causes freezing for whatever reason.

if you turn on "debug logging" in xbmc, xbmc will log all you want into /home/xbian/.xbmc/temp/xbmc.log
