I have a brand new samung TV.
Must I enable the Enable LCD/VFD switch ?

What is the action of this switch ?

this setings have nothing to do with your TV and I'm not sure if this would be possible to make it work on RPi probably over GPIO

Why? Unless your TV is only 4 inches tall.
