I use XBIAN with simple iptv (old version).
Is that possible to disable subtitle ?

Go to video OSD, select the speaker icon -> Disable subtitles -> Set as default for all videos.

or if you have an keyboard attached than use "L" key

if you are new to XBMC world than I would highly recommend you to go and start at http://wiki.xbmc.org/ to get all the basics. you find most of the answers for your questions

If you move your mouse, or press 'm' at the keyboard the video OSD will open.

Icon C is what you're looking for =)

Press it and this screen opens


As a first time user i recommend reading the First time user guide by XBMC.
This will give you alot of info.
