Full Version: Can't run installer

So, at every release i'd like to do an clean install.
So i went to download the XBian installer.
I ran it as admin and got the following error:

But the QT lib is right in the dir...
have you actually red the Release post which link to this instructions?

Then forward the download page to that one, now it isn't clear for users that just want to download XBian.

Tbh, it's not clear at all.
New possible users will simply go to the download page on xbian.org/download and possibly never read the release post. There should be a warning on xbian.org/download stating that the installer currently isn't working (beats me why it has to take that long by the way) with a link to the workaround.

Yes, a lot better!
Windows and OSX installers are fixed now and Linux will follow soon, so closing this thread.
