I'm about to install Xbian, but my last outstanding concern is what would be the recommended remote profile for my Harmony remote. I'd like to maximize the number of functions I can use by default without having to make my own keymap for Xbian, so I'm wondering what remote profile I should choose. Is the MCE the most robust profile, as far as specific buttons like "Videos" or "Favorites" goes?

Any other suggestions?

(I have a Harmony 670, FYI.)

I am using MCE with my Harmony 300 and I've been pretty pleased with it.

ContextMenu only because that normal menu action repeats too much and there is no such thing as AudioNextLanguage.

I use either the MCE or Xbox 360 profile on my Harmony, I think MCE is a better base. You can always edit out the buttons you don't need in the Logitech software.
