Full Version: XBMC Newbie and CEC Stopped working

Nothing new. I'd suggest rolling back and wait. This seems to be a specific issue with certain TV and as we don't have access to every manufactures TVs it's difficult to debug.
Anyone know how i can roll back the cec-package and libcec version?

I can get hold of the cec-packages but they dont make a difference... I'm not sure what was update in xbian or the libcec that broke it or even if there was an update...

I'm guessing so as it was fine...

Another forum somewhere mentioned resetting the TV. Turned it off for 5mins and back on.....

but not on samsung D 8000 smart TV

it can even happen TV's motherboard will burnout. and sometimes only CEC chip.

on my PS59 motherboard was changed by Samsung a week ago.
