What command did you issue?

For upgrades it's recommended to use xbian-config.

It fails also on xbian-config only with xbian-package-xbmc

Please read "Please read before you post" and post the output of dmesg after the "failed" upgrade.

Include screenshots of the upgrade process.

What does /etc/apt/sources.list look like.

Confirm you have read the requested forum and followed the advice there for upgrading.

If all else fails remove musicbrainz and see if that helps.

I didn't find anything related this problem on google or this forum search.
I have read upgrading topic.
musicbrainz is not installed.

xbian-package-xbmc is only packet which won't upgrade, everything else is update.

Your file system is corrupted.

Seems to suggest that musicbrainz is installed.

You could try to delete that folder and see if it improves. Or try BTRFS recovery tools. If not, it will have to be a fresh install.

Have you had power outages or do you just switch your RPi off without shutting down correctly? Anything that could cause this issue?

Has nothing to do with filesystem corruption. Stale NFS file means that the NFS connection got disconnected and improperly connected again.

Exactly, the file /usr/local/share/xbmc/addons/metadata.common.musicbrainz.org/addon.xml is on his NFS share that is failing.
