Especially interesting:

Quote:Since the release of Frodo a lot of effort has been put into getting XBMC to run smoother on lower powered platform like the famous Raspberry Pi and of course Android. All this effort has paid off and the experience of using these devices has been much more polished and satisfying than ever before. For example opening your libraries, browsing through them, loading of images and the starting of videos have all seen dramatic speed increases.

Would like to play with this beta in RC1.
Me too !! ;-)
Install the Xbian Gotham nightly, it's in the repo.
Okay. I've done that. But that's a rather old version of the nightly. Who is the developer responsible for Gotham in DC xbian? Maybe he can add the new beta!! Thanks!

Nothing to see here. Move along!
Err which part of Please use this Thread for all Xbian Gotham did you miss?
I have installed the Gotham nightly, it says it's from the end of January though... Is there a better way to get the Gotham beta 1 installed?
The beta 1 of Gotham is live since more than one week and I'm a bit sad to see no news of a potential coming update on XBian... XBian was famous for its reactivity but it seems to change or do I miss something ?
Yeah, you did.
You can already test XBMC 13 beta 4, (Starting XBMC (13.0-BETA4 Git:20140403-14b7a12))

Just install Gotham from SSH. (SSH -> Packages -> Video -> xbmc-gotham-nightly)
