Software
XBian version: 1.0 RC2
XBMC version: Latest (13?)
Overclock settings: xbian
Hardware
Power supply rating: 2A
RPi model (model A/B 256mb/512mb): B
SD card size and make/type: 8 gb class 10
Network (wireless or LAN): LAN
Connected devices (TV, USB, network storage, etc.): USB 3 3TB drive
Problem description:
I have a rather extensive selection of music on my harddrive (~5000 albums). Most of it got scraped and categorized correctly. On the same drive, I am also keeping about 200 movies.
I have connected Yatse on my android tablet as a remote.
Starting a movie via yatse works like a charm. I select it, click play and the movie plays in about 2 seconds or so.
However, when I try to start some music from the drive via yatse, it takes about 1 minute to start playback.
I have also noticed that cpu load during that time goes to 100%
How to reproduce:
Not sure whats causing my problem, maybe its the big music library?
