Can you try a clean RC3 to be sure?

To be honest, I had a bad feeling about all this and did
a complete new install with RC 2.
I have overclocked the Pi to 900 and still it is working
fine.
I am just VERY afraid to use again:
apt-get clean; apt-get update; apt-get upgrade
Maybe I should just stick to RC 2 and never update again.
RC 3 updates killed my Pi TWICE and that is really going
on my nerves. :\
I updated (and fixed) the RC3 image recently.
