hello
i installed latest build on cubox-i4
i do not have a keyboard attached.

when booted for the first time it doesn't connect to the network.
i tried (thru cec remote) to change to static address and i get unexpected error.
tried wifi as well. connects to the network but no ip address and status is down.
when i set static address again it fails.

i tried older build (2015.02.07) and same issue.

how can this be resolved?

"Unexpected error occurred"
Are you sure of your gateway address ?
Are you sure that the static IP address is not already taken by another device on your network.
did you provide a specific DNS ?

i tried with several configurations.
it doesn't let me save the static configuration, and with dhcp nothing happens.

should there be a problem to set incorrect values?
i expect xbian-config to save the values even if they are incorrect. am i wrong?
UPDATE:
works with latest build
still no dhcp but static config works again
thanks for fixing it
I believe there was a problem with the XBMC/KODI Xbian-config network setting.

If you experience any other problems use the ssh xbian-config and all will work.

the problem was that it was a fresh install so i didn't have network at all so no ssh...
i wish dhcp would just work with xbian. it works with openelec, why shouldn't it work here?
The latest Cubox-i image works like a dream from ssh and within Kodi. DHCP and Static.
