Anyone with Pi1 B that updated via APT-GET (not xbian-config) that does not have a problem? Is it safe to update ?

Hi,I update some packages today, but one update seem not so good (i have a Raspberry PI 2): when i launch xbian-config for the update, it ask to downgrade libc ! thing that i have not done. if i do a "aptitude upgrade" no need for a libc downgrade. So for the moment, i have kept the existing libc and everything seems ok...
Guys, is it nun safe to update or
is the problem still existing?
