It seems that when ever I launch any video encoded with MPG3/4 it will not load video. Only audio. The screen is black and it treats it like a song. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Its just any AVI file also:
Latest build (more info in the morning [like 7 hr >>],
No over clocking,
All stock, nothing changed
what is the latest build ??? Alpha 4 ? or Alpha 4 with fw/kernel update ?? update from what day ???
is it that complicated to read from screen exact versions of XBian and XBMC and write it down ?
Im sorry, I dont try to be rude or anything but if you dont provide all detailed information it would be impossible to find the help!
also AVI mean nothing too, you need to get full details of the file.
No, it was just that I was going to bed at that time. I'll grab all the info in a min.

Ok, XBMC 12.0-RC1 and 1.0a4 for the version number. This AVI file wont play: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5sbr4qsstnnjr5j/test.avi

<3, thank you for this!
unfortunately I don't have good news. The video file is containing a video codec which is not supported (yet). Will check the video file on a regular base (I collect all video files that aren't working Smile)

Thanks for the help! Should I report this to their github? Also, is there a google doc somewhere I can just put up bugs?
