Ok, no backup, so there is no chance to restore the Superblock ...
Not nice, but ok if there is no answer for my question!
So Xbian is totally unsecure.
I allways need a complete backup before i am updating/upgrading Xbian.
Sure, i still have my configs saved, but "normally" that is not the "normal" way!
I upgraded many Computers from one "LTS" to another without any problems.
In that case it is Ubuntu, 12.04 to 14.04 to 16.04 ...
But Xbian do not seem to have an LTS ... even no secure "upgrade" ...
