I'm using Chalk-Elec HDMI-LVDS rev3.1 and RPi3.
I got somehow inverted colors inside Kodi. In the Linux shell colors are correct.
Any Ideas what the problem might be?
No, did you already ask Chalkboard Electronics?

No. I thought its more likely that the problem is not a Hardware Issue since colors are normal in the shell.
What about sound. Do you have GUI sound enabled and output sound to HDMI?
Maybe this confuses your converter

Turned off gui sounds and changed audio output device to ALSA but still the same color issue.

can not really see what is on screen. Is this happening when you play some video or does the same problem appear even during XBian boot sequence with logo on screen and than in Kodi GUI?

can not really see what is on screen. Is this happening when you play some video or does the same problem appear even during XBian boot sequence with logo on screen and than in Kodi GUI?
Also the colors of kodi symbol during boot are somehow inverted. It's happening as long as kodi runs. If I exit kodi to the Linux Commandline Interface everything is fine and colors are normal.

It's probably a coincidence that shell looks right. I've tested the display on my windows machine via HDMI and i got the same color problems. So not en issue of Kodi
