Hi All,
I'm the dude who done designed the current XBian logo. Today I have started a revamp of the current logo.

The idea is to make it more modern/fun/playful with bright colours and more cartoon like design.

I have come up with the below design so far.

give me opinion on colours, design, layout...

Not a bad attempt this is

My personal opinion? I defo dont like new colours you selected.
And secondly, even is nice, but is a bit 'rounded', not sharp looking, too much 'cartoon', not very smart looking or modern.

Somehow this evokes the 50' 60' era in US



Just my honest opinion

I have to agree with Rikardo. It looks more like a logo for a childrens channel (a good one though). I think something with more punch and elegant bling would be better, just look at the graphics on the main Xbain web page. It would be good to integrate a common style between the logo and web page too.

We do appreciate you give your time on this work for free and hope you will not be put off if a few of us have different tastes!
