hey Guys I was reading this article on problems that are found in raspberry Pi.. are these issues genuine or they can be neglected?

Some are genuine.
Some solutions are outdated.
The article is tailored for the systemd init system while XBbian uses Upstart as init system.
And some solutions depend on having a desktop installed which XBian does not have (with default install.)
