Xbian 20210911-0 Kodi shows in FullHD on TV.
I have forced HDMI output in Settings/Xbian/System.
Another setting near it is Ignore CEC init, preventing tv wakeup.
When i enable it, then it does not work, because TV is turned on automatically and resolution is decreased from FullHD to 1024x768 (no higher resolution available in Kodi) and when i reboot (with TV on), then this wrong resolution stays in place though i can now set FULLHD resolution, but it does not fix the view (the font is still smaller and weird aspect), so i have to reboot again (TV on) so the FullHD is properly displayed. And once i reboot with TV off whole scenario repeats.

Summary of issues:
- CEC init, preventing tv wakeup should not wakeup TV
- Correct behavior of "force HDMI" in TV offline mode should be to try the resolution the user defined in Kodi (meaning 1920x1080 not 1024x768)
- lower resolution displayed when TV was off should not be saved as a new default needing user to set it back and reboot

Can you please check this or let me know if clarification needed?
This may be due to your TV. Unfortunately, the CEC functionality is implemented by each manufacturer as they see fit.
At least with me everything works as it should. TV is never turned on when the raspberry Pi is turned on and the resolution is also always the right one.

I do not need to check anything else, sorry
Indeed, CEC is like the Wild West with some companies adding their own little tweaks and implementations which don't always universally work.
If you have a TV that wakes up even when it should not, you may have a problem with your TV's software. This is because some TVs will wake up from standby mode automatically when it detects movement in the room.

This can cause the TV to turn on and off repeatedly until you turn the power off or unplug the TV. To prevent this from happening, you can set your TV's resolution to a lower value (such as 480p or 720p) when it is in standby mode.

You can also try turning off any devices that might be causing interference with your TV’s signal, such as other wireless devices or cordless phones.https://www.omegle.fyi/ https://www.bazoocam.fyi/ https://www.chatrandom.one/
