My father says that Russian TV-channels shows only bad movies, shows, etc with only murders and violence but in other world TV much more better.
Is there any single (not 1 addon per channel, for fast channel swithing with limited CEC-remote) addon which can help me watch TV channels from other country as if I'm was there?

not sure what you trying to achieve tbh
do you want and addon for Russian TV's or you looking for addon with other countries channels ?
keep in mind that most of the life tv streams have geo-location limitations so you would not be able to use such a stream if your IP is not detected in particular country (you can use VPN ofc )
