Inserted the SD card in the rsp and it starts up.
Then it stop when the screen with xbian initial setup and the loadingbar dont move.

- what is the power rating of your PSU?
- do you have any device plugged into RPi's USB ports directly?

I have exactly the same problem here.
Power supply: 5V 1A
Raspi attachments: hdmi, network
4GB SD card
Pi Model B Revision 2.0 (512 MB)
I tried Alpha 5 both with the installer and win32 imager.
The screen shows that the initial setup is started, bar goes to 100% and then nothing anymore.
I notice that my DHPC server does not provide an IP. (tried again with wheezy, and got an IP, so no Hardware issue).
After this I tried the Alpha 4. (both with installer and imager), here, I even don't see anything (raspberry is not starting up).

Plug the sdcard into your pc, on the partition that appears open the file "config.txt" and change
core_freq=375 to core_freq=250
If that doesn't help also change the
arm_freq=840 to arm_freq=700
core_freq=375 to core_freq=250

I reinstall completely on the same SD and it works now, but I don't know why it stoped working before.

I would recommend using USBIT instead of Win32 imager next time. Not sure if it would make a difference but I had some corruption issues with old SD cards using win32imager. Never had an issue with USBIT: http://www.alexpage.de/usb-image-tool/

I had the same problem with an SD class 4. Class 10 works just fine.

Class 4 cards dont have a real use in RPi as they are way to slow.
Also look on our Wiki for recommended HW/SD cards which are tested and confirmed as good with RPi/XBian
