Well i could delete some critical files, or hex edit some adding just 1 bit randomly on them ![]() Ok on topic now: I did not re-install my 2nd Pi and tried the screensaver again and this time it worked... i have no idea why because i didn't do nothing to the system. Only thing i did was update the system, but that i do every week... so i suppose some update fixed my problem (?). Saw the Log file and there were no errors there (i think that normal right?). Now everything is ok on both RC1 Pi's ![]() RE: Clock Screensaver [Alpha Released] - Exnor - 7th Jun, 2014 01:46 AM (4th Apr, 2014 06:48 AM)mk01 Wrote: /home/xbian/.xbmc/temp/xbmc.log Its me again lool. Ok got my 2 pi's running the latest RC 2 (XBMC 13.0 beta) and the screensaver works perfectly BUT, and this is the part i dont know who to fix, everytime i reboot a Pi, XBMC gives me the message "clockscreensaver..etc.. t have unmet dependencies, do you wish to disable it?" and i select NO and the screensaver still works fine... 1st time i got the msg (after the upgrade) i selected yes, then i re-enable it and test if it worked so i left it on, but now i get the message every single time i reboot the Pi or restart XBMC. Any ideas how i can disable this? or circumvent the msg at least for this screensaver. thks guys ![]() RE: Clock Screensaver [Alpha Released] - mk01 - 22nd Jun, 2014 01:55 PM there is addon.xml and python requirement defined as 2.0.0. change it to 2.1.0 (that was general fix while going for Gotham. Ok so i've installed the version on the repo (it is 0.5.0 for gotham right? at least is the only one that says is compatible) and it gives me an error when it starts... saying something about Phyton version 2.1.0 not having some functions ??? (i cant post the log because i'm having file system problems on that Pi... will post a log ASAP). Any ideias? I have the most recent updates on this Pi. |
