Where we are back to the question which packages have been updated. I am sure that there was nothing new on Kodi side, so it must be some debian package.
But unfortunately your information in this direction was very inaccurate. and getting a snapshot back is also too late, the relevant ones are probably all deleted already

How can i list the packages and their versions?
I don't think i have any more packages than the ones that came with Xbian image plus updates....
