RE: Cec not allowing me to turn off Tv - keenanj - 15th Jun, 2013 01:21 AM Yes, I am having this exact issue it only started with the 12.2 release for me. CEC is working for remote control but when I turn the power on the receiver off (leaving the PI / XBMC on) within 3 seconds the receiver turns itself back on. This makes it impossible to use CEC with the current release. I either have to unplug the HDMI or power off the PI. If I select shutdown from XBMC and turn off the receiver it will stay off but then the PI needs to be power cycled to access I have a onkyo receiver and a Panasonic projector both support CEC using the receiver remote codes to operate CEC with a harmony 880.
