xbian dies shortly if I unplug HDMI - x1a0 - 21st Jun, 2013 08:16 AM

I am running xbian as my media center and downloading manager (using transmission).

When I connect it to my monitor via HDMI cable, everything works well.
However if I unplug the HDMI cable (so just using it for downloading), the system dies in couple of minutes. I cannot SSH to it (says host is down) and cannot open transmission web UI.

Why is that? Huh

What happens if you boot it without ever attaching the HDMI cable, does it work?

System can boot but will die in seconds. I tried to stop xbmc service right after boot and it seems work. So I guess it's something about xbmc?

Can you post (the last lines of) the log file of xbmc when it fails?
