portmap (rpcbind) needed for statd (needed for NFS < v4) depends on successful start of any network device. although your net seems to "work", upon other errrors eth0 is failing. that's the reason.

You're right, mk01. I've solved this problem editing cd /etc/network/interfaces and changing ip wlan0 to static and deleting eth0 in client. I think there was a conflicting with IPs.

Also I've changed in server /etc/exports for:
/var/lib/mldonkey/down 192.168.2.129(rw,no_root_squash,sync,crossmnt,fsid=1)
Now, I can mount my nfs drive with sudo mount -v -t nfs 192.168.2.137:/var/lib/mldonkey/down /home/xbian/nfs -otcp,vers=4.1
