When I start up, It tells me some xbian packages can be updated. How do I see which ones? And how do I update them?

XBian config ? from within XBMC GUI or SSH...

I'm not even sure what these packages do, so I guess it's best I leave them alone...
I guess I'm happy as long as 1channel auto updates, and navi-x is easy enough.

Go to settings, plugins, installed plugins and look to make sure they actually self update.
I kept seeing this message and Icefilms had an update available but I had to select update manually.
