Anything I could or should do to fix this?

I have the same issue

RE: Wheezy updates (python) held back - dlysnes - 19th Mar, 2014 10:17 PM

Same issue here
2 PI's with same problem, running Xbian 1.0 RC1.

3 different Python upgrades waiting
- libpython2.7
- python2.7
- python2.7-minimal

, all 3 fails with:

Terminal
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/python2.7-minimal_2.7.3-6+deb7u2_armhf.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload/_hashlib.so', which is also in package python2.7 2.7.3-6
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/python2.7-minimal_2.7.3-6+deb7u2_armhf.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Can't get any of the others to install. They all fail on Python.

Probably related to this.

Guess so. Now to find the answer!

My guess is that the packages for RPI are not yet updated to those latest patches...
