Xbian finds my network but does not ask me for a password ? - roycejp - 15th Jun, 2014 04:29 AM Hi, I recently changed my SSID name because I changed my ISP and the Wifi router. Now, XBIAN still displays the old SSID. When I press ENTER, it scans and finds my new SSID, and displays it thus: [*****]RJP-DNA, (where RJP-DNA is my new SSID) When I press Enter, I understand it should ask me my password, but instead the window just closes, and my old SSID continues to be displayed. I do not have an alternate cabled network, WiFi is my only option. Please help, Thank You. RE: Xbian finds my network but does not ask me for a password ? - CurlyMo - 15th Jun, 2014 04:39 AM Duplicate question / issue. RE: Xbian finds my network but does not ask me for a password ? - roycejp - 16th Jun, 2014 01:37 PM Thanks , CurlyMo, for pointing out that this is a duplicate question. I searched, but I did not find my exact question (change of SSID) asked elsewhere. Perhaps you could give me a link to the original thread ? Thank You !
