Restoring btrfs autosnap with ubuntu? - pix3l - 18th Aug, 2014 05:04 AM Hi, is it possible to restore a btrfs-autosnap with my ubuntu pc? After my last apt-get upgrade I'm unable to boot my xbian and now I want to restore the latest working snapshot. But without being able to boot I could only do this on my Ubuntu PC. Any ideas on how to do that? Thanks RE: Restoring btrfs autosnap with ubuntu? - CurlyMo - 18th Aug, 2014 05:37 AM Are you able to reach the rescue console? When I power up my RaspPi, the screen stays black and I cannot access via SSH. So I guess the answer is no. Or is there a specific way to launch the rescue console? The rescue console should then work again. RE: Restoring btrfs autosnap with ubuntu? - pix3l - 18th Aug, 2014 06:06 PM I found someone with a similar problem. What worked for him was: He removed the following line from the config.txt: "initramfs initramfs.gz 0x1000000" Same worked for me.. so everything is fine now. |
