Nice. Mine is performing like that with standard Confluence skin.

Are u using any OC on the Pi?

nope, as mentioned in description of the video, it is on default XBian OC

nope, as mentioned in description of the video, it is on default XBian OC

Lol so you are using OC Tongue Xbian OC is above the default clock speed of the SoC Tongue
