If, like me, you liked the wunderground addon, and didn't like any of the alternatives, there is a solution.
Follow This Link and all should work.
I never found the "sign for free" link, so I just continued as the default.
After all of the rigmarole it did work.
Why we should need to do this, to just get a weather report in XBMC/Kodi is beyond me

Weatherunderground is not the first data provider XBMC is(was) using who took drastic actions to get rid of XBMC (DDoS
) attacks.obviously XBMC clients running world wide generating considerably HUGE traffic&load on other's providers infrastructure. It was the case with Discogs too.
in theory it can happen anytime to imdb/tvdb scrappers too

That looks great for windoze users, but which file does one need to paste the key into in xbian installation to make it work?
