do you have any details about it? all tech details
but I dont think so that devs going to like board with MALI on
And if so, to support such platform would required good support from manufacturer who provides free samples of product and give access to SW part.
Also a good community behind is always welcome. Is there any for this?

Miniand is a defunct company, there will be no support unfortunately.
