Hi,
i often use the Backup Image Option to create an img file.
In case of a broken SD, i'm not so worry and just restore the img file.
Kodi provide me a on screen message popup that the progress to creating the img is start. But i miss any message that the image is being done.
Currently, i check if the USB LED is still twinkle or if the img file stop raising, to know if its done.
If there any possibility to get a on-screen message or e-mail to know that the backup is done ?

Check if the ACT light beside the power light is blinking, thats the light for the sd card.

Ok, i could check the activity LED of the Raspberry instead of the activity LED of the USB Stick. But i think booth solution are only workarounds.
I hoped i overseen any possibility to get a note out of Xbian, that the Backupjob is done.
