Raspi 2 download link broken - axesdnd - 21st Aug, 2015 08:42 PM

Hi guys,

I'm trying to download/install xbian for raspi 2, but the download link seems to be broken:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xbian/files/release/XBian_Latest_rpi2.img.gz/

I've also tried using the Windows installer, which seems to be able to download the image, however it stalls at "preparing download" so I'm assuming it's trying to use the same broken URL.

Any thoughts on this ?

P.S. I may have initially posted this in the wrong forum, so I'm re-posting here.

Sorry about that, and thanks Smile

Browse to the "release" folder on that link, download the latest rpi2 image file (according to date), unzip the file as it is gzipped and use below tool to write the resulting ".img" file to the SD card:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

Am sure one of the devs will fix shortly.

Thanks ! This worked fine for me. Not sure if I can do it myself, but I would like to mark this as solved. Cheers.
