Hi

As I say on the subject I do an upgrade of Kodi v14 to v15 with the command line in ssh

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
Nothing upgrade because all package are already up to date

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

The process of upgrade was good (I think) and the raspberry reboot.

Since this, the loading process progress but stop at the end and don't pass to the main screen.

There is any possibility to diagnose and solve the loading error ?

Never do this - read the FAQ/Wiki to find out why.

Always use sudo xbian-config to handle all updates and upgrades.
