Kodi won't start after sudo apt-get upgrade update - karanda - 2nd Nov, 2015 02:26 AM Hi guys, I manually initiated a sudo apt-get upgrade earlier today, using putty. so I logged in and did an apt-get upgrade (which finished with a broken packages message for libcec2 and libcec3) After that I rebooted my Raspberry Pi B and since then, my pi acts strange: Kodi keeps stopping and a shell environment is opening. In any case, I also have this problem and I believe it's due to the changes to the init system in the latest xbian-update version 20151011-0. Could you see if it helps if you downgrade xbian-update to the previous version?
