i wont to play my musik from my nas disk over my xbian alpha5 to an airplay device.
ist this possible and when how???

This is currently not possible (and I doubt it will ever be).

NAS mounted in XBMC with Airplay enabled or am I misunderstanding?

not really make a sense to me.
Why would you want to share something from NAS over into RPi and from there share again into iOS device?
Stream the contend on iOS direct from NAS, or do I miss something here?

The NAS apparently doesn't have airplay.
You would want the NAS content accessible to your XBMC installation anyway.

i have connected my nas over lan with my xbian.
now i want to play my musik on my airply speackersystem.
on the other hand - ist it possible to connect the speacke direktly to my speakers? with hifi stereo sound?

Yes, via hdmi
