Can you first update to the latest XBMC? To do this SSH in (http://xbian.org/getting-started/install-and-connect/#ssh ) and execute:

Code:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xbian-package-xbmc -y

go over your repo than contextual menu "C" and chose to force refresh ...

Seeing the same issue since yesterday. Force refresh didn't work. All addon repositories, including the standard xbmc.org are empty...

Please search forum of XBMC for "bughunt" and report in that topic. That way they know more people have this issue

OK, from your video file I can see you trying to access the add-ons from within Video menu.
Can you go to System>Settings>Add-ons>Get Add-ons
and go over at XBMC.org Add-ons (dont go into it, so dont hit enter or OK) and press key C on keyboard or Option on remote control or RMB on mouse, than select Force refresh. Than wait for I would say a minute or so. Than look inside the repo if the add-ons categories appears.
I have tested the XBMC.org add-ons repo just now and all the add-ons are accessible. So there is no issue with repo at all. It might be just your local network playing up

When repo are empty, remove this file :
.xbmc/userdata/Database/AddonsXX.db
and restart xbmc,
it work for me.

I have installed "Openelec" now. I can see the add-ons now.
I think XBian is buggy.
