I don't see any issue because xbian-update (20150112-4) is available on the stable repository:

I am confused, the dist-upgrade want to removed upstart and want to install sysvinit

I've investigated the issue and the conclusion is to ignore both packages for now.

I think this is new, have the same problems.
It seems there are some problems with the mirrors.

Yeah, but it's now two issues: The first one (two packages missing needed dependencies) but also 4 other packages giving some error about mirror not available.

These issues will always resolve themselves.

I confirm all these errors are now solved. I just updated all the packages.
