Wrong Aspect Ratio
Currently running Xbian on a Raspberry Pi 2.
Aspect ration decoding seams to have a bug. Anamorphic SD content in DVD ISO, MP4 or MKV decodes at an unstretched value of 851x480. So when the player scales up this value there is an error of 1917x1080. Regular HD content in any container with a 1920x1080 resolution also suffers this same error with content being decoded at 1917x1080. This error is noticeable enough when comparing ZOOMing and STRETCH TO 16X9. Later Guiboche |

RE: Wrong Aspect Ratio
I just want to update and say that it seams this 1917x1080 error only happens on my 3D television.
I tried on another regular HDTV and an HD HDMI monitor, and Xbian reported back proper decoding of 853x480 for SD and 1920x1080 for HD. Why my 3D television is forcing 1917x1080 decoding, I don't know. I guess the 3D has something to do with it. Just an FWI for everyone else. Later Guiboche |
