[PROBLEM] dist upgrade popup in Kodi shows buttons "never show this hint" and "No"

I have been apt upgraded to a:

and after startup into a Kodi, the kodi shown a prompt that there is a dist upgrade to a bookworm, yet only two buttons available was:
"never show this hint" and "No" (No was translated in my language)

I expected "yes, upgrade" kind of button.

Selecting this option means that you do not want Kodi to display this particular popup again in the future during distribution upgrades. It's useful if you find the popup unnecessary or if you understand the hint and do not need to see it again.

The options you've encountered ("never show this hint" and "No") imply that Kodi is not providing a direct option to upgrade through the interface.
