[MOD] Confluence Composite Edition
Hey guys,

as there are still some users who are running XBian with Composite Out, I modded default Confluence to better readability.

Which means that all fonts have been updated/enlarged...

Here are a few screens from it:

Maybe some is interested in this...

Nice!

2 things though
1) Can you integrate xbian-config
2) Can you make the "tabs" wider e.g., "Programma's" is now "Program..." and "Onlangs toegevoegd" is "Onlangs toegevoeg".

Re: [MOD] Confluence Composite Edition
There is already a PAL version. Is this different or are two projects try to reach the same goal?

Confluence PAL can he found at this forum and at supperrepo.

RE: [MOD] Confluence Composite Edition
But PAL-MOD is 4:3 only...

This one is 16:9 which can also be used by composite...
Or you might use it with other analog video outputs such as vga

RE: [MOD] Confluence Composite Edition
Yeah, I mean even my Dad has a 16:9 TV...
And that's really hard to believe Big Grin

@CurlyMoo:
Can you give me the commit where xbian config is integrated, so I can see what steps are needed

Making the elements wider will be quite ugly, as other languages have really short words...and in English or German or whatever it looks really bad...
Any idea for an workaround?
Maybe new size and position if System.Language=Dutch or so...
Opinions?

@mad-max https://github.com/xbianonpi/xbian-patches/blob/master/xbmc/XBianConfluence.patch#L32-L46 . You probably have to change the paths a little bit.

Instead of a @CurlyMoo, you should address @belese, he is our XBMC/Python programmer guy. I only review code and write the core system stuff.

Re: [MOD] Confluence Composite Edition
Mad-Max, Brantje added a OS check in his skin (which includes xbian-config) so it was not only suitable for XBian. Maybe you can steal his code Wink

Ps. If you put the skin on Git I can make it the 1.000th addon in SR Big Grin
