ok, another way is
xbmc -> settings -> xbian -> service ->add custom service (advanced mode) or via bash (... under service list) it's not me that have do that, but think in the name, you have to put the init script name, if process name is the same, nothing in daemon, otherwise process name(s) in deamon.
