Copying Files to XBianXBMC from Windows
I found this helpful and thought I'd pass it on. This is an easy way to copy files to XBian/XBMC rather than the SSH route. Hope some find it helpful.

1) Create a File Folder on your Windows Desktop. SHARE THIS FOLDER IN WINDOWS so that it will show up in the Windows WORKGROUP.
- Place the files to copy to XBian/XBMC into this folder.

2) In Rasp XBMC go to System/Appearance/File Lists.
- Enable "Show hidden files and directories.

3) In System/File Manager - on the main menu screen.
- Add Source (browse to) the Windows folder you created on your Windows desktop. This should add your Windows folder to the System/File Manager menu.

4 )Here's an Example of what worked for me when mapping my remote:
I was transferring my Keymap.xml file to the XBMC Keymap directory.

In System/File Manager
Navigate as follows - in the same order.

First
In the RIGHT SIDE MENU go to:
Root File System/Home/xbian/.xbmc/userdata/keymaps

Then
In the LEFT SIDE MENU go to the Windows folder you saved the keymap.xml file in: Click on the folder to bring up your files.
Right click on the Keymap.xml file to bring up a context menu.
Select COPY and then select YES to send a copy of keymaps.xml into the right side Keymaps folder. Thats it.

A little tricky at first. Hope some find it useful.
Love my Rasp/XBian/XBMC.
