MKVs crash (some)

and try what I have mentioned please in post #8
just avoid the USB device, any USB device! empty USB ports on RPi, nothing plugged in.
This helps narrow down the USB device issue and power issue.
Than if is good you know what , if would be same you know is a doggy file with timestamp problem and you can re-encode
