Can you reinstall xbian - using the latest image (it has been updated to include the newest RPi) and see if that helps.
If not - use the standard /boot/config.txt and try again. If none of these work, can you post the output from #dmesg via pastebin.com as explained in my signature. If possible can you post a photo of your model. Tnx There also seems to be a difference in the start.elf from the one downloaded to the one in the latest xbian Beta 1.1 image.
