this is more likely badly encoded movie file m8, I'm more than sure that this is the reason of the picture fragmentation.
and if the file plays fine on PC it doesnt mean that the file is OK, that just means the computer has more power and more codecs and to fix it at real time where this is not possible on our litle poor RPi
