XBian stalls on initial boot
I just got my Pi and wanted to try Xbian.
Software XBian version: XBian 1.0 Beta 1 AND XBian 1.0 Beta 1.1 XBMC version: Whatever the default is for those packages Overclock settings: None Hardware Power supply rating: Where do I find this? RPi model (model A/B 256mb/512mb): B SD card size and make/type: 2GB PNY SD-M02G Network (wireless or LAN): disconnected Connected devices (TV, USB, network storage, etc.): HDMI display (have also tested with and without USB 802.11n) Logile Link to logfile(s): Problem description: XBian will not finish booting after install using the provided XBian installer. After installing a screen with the XBian logo appears and shows a progress indicator bar for 'init process...' which completes and then a progress indicator bar appears for 'loading...' which appears to complete, but the display stalls at that point How to reproduce: Use the XBian installer to image the card. Insert the card into the Pi and wait for hours. |
